From 2004-2014 I’ve ran a fitness and wellness company (Whole Self Fitness,). I worked with a wide array of clients, helping to plan and implement healthy lifestyle goals by making healthier choices at the grocery store, teaching families to cook together, or training managers to implement healthy work place environments. From this diversity of work experiences, I found myself drawn to working with the 55 plus generation.

  • Water exercise and stroke improvement (must be in your pool)
  • Healthy eating, cooking and shopping guidance

  • Shallow and Deep Water Aquafit
  • Boot Camp, Interval and TABATA circuit classes (both beginner and high intensity)
