
I’ve been a fitness leader for most of my adult life. I specialize in Pilates, Older Adults and Water Exercise. I’ve had a wide variety of clients ranging from athletes to late 90’s.

Pre-pandemic I taught group fitness classes for the City of Toronto. I teach the following types of classes online:
- Pilates (Beginner to Advanced)
- Older Adult Fitness
- Shallow and Deep Water Aquafit
- Boot Camp, Interval and TABATA circuit classes (both beginner and high intensity)
- Muscle conditioning and stretch classes
