Combining my experience working with seniors, with my passion for building healthy communities, my new company is Whole Self Living. Whole Self Living creates a community for seniors who are living alone, to bring them together into unique living situations, to live out healthy, joyous years.  Read more here: www.WholeSelf.ca

Long Distance Walking

I like to walk. On my 43rd birthday, I walked 43km. My favourite distance is 21km, the half marathon. I do around 21km, once a week and I love having company. I try and post my starting point and route up here, or email me on Thursday to find out where I’m going.
