I’ve got some new Pilates classes open to the public starting soon.
Tuesdays starting September 29th from 9:30-10:30 at Trinity Bellwoods Community Centre. Registration info here

Earlier this year, after watching my friend play Goal Ball, I took on the opportunity to be a second coach. It was such an amazing experience that I will be furthering my coaching skills with various courses over the year. It’s a tough game but a great confidence and skill building sport for visually impaired people. Plus it’s a great way to meet other fun visually impaired folks.
