Recipe – Creamy Brussels Sprouts

Fall harvested vegetables that don’t get as much positive attention as cherries, apricots and peaches do.  Brussels sprouts may not bring as much joy as cherries but this recipe will make you rethink how you feel about Brussels Sprouts.  Try it, and see for yourself: http://wholeself.ca/creamy-baked-brussels-sprouts/

Leehe’s Corner

Earlier this year, after watching my friend play Goal Ball, I took on the opportunity to be a second coach.  It was such an amazing experience that I will be furthering my coaching skills with various courses over the year.  It’s a tough game but a great confidence and skill building sport for visually impaired people. Plus it’s a great way to meet other fun visually impaired folks.  If you happen to know a visually impaired person looking for a fun way to spend their Friday nights, tell them to check out Goal Ball

Happy soon-to-be Fall Equinox and Shana Tova to my Jewish friends,
Leehe
