Recipe of the Month – Energy ‘Cookies’

Whole Self Fitness is ten years old and it’s holding strong with happy, healthy clients. Over the next few years, I will be developing a co-housing model for retirement living. Over the duration of three weeks I moved into a new home, 200 metres from my previous place. The whole move was all done without a car! I’m almost settled in. It’s, just about, feeling like home. Stay tuned, I’m envisioning a private gym and cooking classes here sometime in the future.
When I launched Whole Self Fitness, I had intended on making this a part time business to give myself extra time to work on my other passion, writing. The fictional writing took an eight year break because running Whole Self Fitness became a full time job! This summer I started writing again…continuing reading.
