Happy Spring!

The grass is green. The birds are chirping. Life is sprouting from the ground. Crowds of people head outdoors with smiles on their faces.  I’m full swing into outdoor workout mode and to show you how great it is, I’m taking part in two great events to promote it, Jane’s Walk and Bike Month.  See below for further details…

Jane’s Walk:  Hills, Drills and Thrills: Cedarvale Fitness Circuit

Bike Month- Never too Old to Ride
