On a day I didn’t have time to go down to the gym for a swim, I finally tried this workout. I was hoping a ex-gold medalist leading the workout would make it challenging. Unfortunately, I wasn’t challenged enough. When I watch/review these DVDs, I am able to find a new move/exercise idea. This was the first workout that I didn’t. I found it kind of dull and if you’re not into fitness, this isn’t going to be the DVD that gets you inspired into fitness. Though if you are a fitness freak and looking to see exactly how a trainer works with their client, it’s worth it to watch. The moves are easy to follow and if you do the entire DVD rather than just the short segments, you’ll get a workout.
