The cover of this DVD is a bit deceiving as the model doesn’t appear in the video.  The image gives the impression that it’s a workout DVD. This is more an instructional DVD.  I order these fitness DVDs knowing nothing but the title.  I still recommend it to anyone who needs to understand body alignment, proper breathing and posture.

If you have an hour, Allan Menezes instructs in a practical and easy to understand way.  Even if you only watch for the first 11 minutes you’ll get a really good introduction to posture and body alignment.

He covers several stretches for the back and hamstrings.  The last half of the DVD Mr. Menezes gets into 8 of the 34 exercises of the program by Joseph Pilates.  I’d have added a bit more hip opening stretches, that would be the only feedback to add to this DVD.
