Finally I am able to share a DVD that is fit for just about all levels. Lisa Wheeler, the lead instructor, is pleasant, clear and cheerful. It’s a light workout for advanced people and for all levels, a nice way to warm up the joints and strengthen the core and legs. The DVD is divided into two sections “Abs Workout” and “Legs Workout.” Lisa Wheeler gives some easy to follow exercises, though she could be more detailed for those who choose not to look at the screen. The great thing is you don’t need any experience dancing or with Pilates. I found it both fun and relaxing. If you are a beginner this may be challenging but do what you can and continue regularly. If you are expecting a Cardio dance workout, this is not the DVD workout for that, despite the dancing DVD cover picture.
