DVD Title- Prevention’s Shortcuts to Big Weight Loss

Time- Approximately 40 minutes 3 x 10 workouts plus warm up and cool down.

I liked this DVD, but still, it should shouldn’t be the only workout you do.  The instructions are clear and motivational.  You’ll get quick and fairly easy-paced cardiovascular and core workout.  My favourite section of the DVD is the breakdowns of the kick box and Pilates workouts.  If you are new to fitness, watch these first, or just watch the DVD for these tips, as they are important alignment tips I give out constantly to my clients and classes.
